  • Your email provider sent VaultMex email into a low priority queue and did not deliver it to your inbox
  • The email was delivered, but is in your SPAM or Junk folder

The best way to ensure email delivery is to add support@vaultmex.com to your contacts or safe senders list. This will whitelist the VaultMex mailing address, allowing all VaultMex emails to be delivered without question.
